I am a traveler at the U. The apartments are very nice.. BUT the people in the office don't seem to solve any problems. For example: my roommate and I work overnight, and we have filed noise complaints on the ppl upstairs. Nothing was done. A simple email sent. Another day awakened out of our sleep-- filed another complaint. Nothing came of it. My roommate and I LITERALLY had to go upstairs and ask them to keep it down. Then and only then did it work but only for a week.
Just moved in for a month. Love here.
Worst staff. Pompous and unhelpful. Stay away from them.
