Our son has lived at Carolina Cove this past year. It was his first year living off the UNCW campus. It has been a safe and wonderful place for him to live . The amenities are great and the buildings and grounds attractive. Needless to say, we have renewed a lease for him there. I highly recommend Carolina Cove Apt . to anyone looking for a residence.
My daughter has lived at Carolina Cove for the past 2 years. It was the first apartment she moved into following her year in the dorms at UNCW. It has served her well. She has a reasonable rent cost as compared to the newer developments that are surrounding. When she or her roommates have needed assistance, they have received help in a timely manner. Thanks for taking care of my girl!
The best staff I could ask for as a resident. Everyone I've talked to has been polite, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable in their positions. Best team at the front desk, I always feel welcome in the clubhouse/front office. Work are orders completed quickly and with good quality. All in all I have no complaints and only good things to say. Thank you management and staff!
I was impressed the very first time that I visited Carolina Cove!!! Office staff have always been very personable and extremely helpful. I have left messages in the office and my calls were returned quickly. The property is always manicured nicely and well kept! It is Wilmingtons "best kept secret"�
