My niece lived there 2 years, the gate didn't work the whole time. We were lied to initially and told it was solely student housing. I would never recommend this to a young adult just starting out.

Lived there from fall 2018 until spring 2019. I signed another year lease thinking I would be in Wilmington for another year. Things didn't go the way I planned so I had to find someone to sublease. After finding one, my former roommate "decided" she didn't want to live with a male even though the office had said everything was good to go. Pretty sad when your son has lived there for a few years and paired him up now with a 40 year old and he’s 21 come on now. Then you call them to speak about it and they said ... send the manager a email. They still haven’t called us back.

I will be thankful to everyone at Aspire 349 for going to bat for me and helping me get out of a bad living situation that was very unexpected. I wasn't supposed to move to a new unit for a few weeks and when my situation worsened, the process was sped up so I could move in as soon as possible. Shelby & the maintenance guys made sure the unit was in good condition as well as checked up on me afterwards. They cared about my well being and helped me more than they know. FUTURE RENTERS BEWARE! My son moved into Aspire in August 2018. I signed his lease back in February 2018 because the Aspire people recommended we do that to guarantee him an apartment. When we went for orientation at UNCW in June, they still had plenty of available apartments, as did they when he finally moved in..Only difference is they were renting for less than I am paying! Very bad experiences continually. They do not contact you about changes, both managers not helpful or friendly. I would definitely not recommend living here.
Just moved in 2 days ago and the place is great, everything is clean and very nice
