I've had no issues with maintenance, my neighbors are friendly, grounds are well kept and snow removal was great during winter months. Really cozy here.
Terrible place to live. The neighbors are loud, the halls constantly reek of pot, power outages about once a month, three water main breaks in the last year, the list goes on.
