This a pleasant place to reside! Excellent up keep and cosmetics. What's amazing is the staff, as they are friendly, considerate, understanding and will do everything that they can do to assist residents. I am extremely appreciative of the maintenance team. Maintenance crews work hard in maintaining the outside and inside. When an issue needs addressed, maintenance arrives asap and works for you on how needed is an issue and what time they will arrive with questioning what is the best time for you. Wonderful place!
As a new applicant, I had an issue with the leasing agent for not being Consistent. The application process took forever. I decided not to move in. The Area Manager was very nice to refund the deposit and explained the situation.
Very nice apartment especially for business and corporate people. Extremely clean and professional. Close to downtown.
This place sucks !!! You will only love it until you put in a work order and they take they sweet time coming to fix your stuff!!!! My air in my house has been out for 2 weeks and it's been over 85 degrees and they telling me it's not an emergency don't move here the rent goes up every year !!!
They have black mold....had board of health out to my apartment she confirmed it was black mold the landlords did nothing about it but put me out because my lease was up......they SUCK......
