I DO NOT recommend living here. The office staff was very nice when I moved in the beginning of February. The day that I moved, the apartment was not ready, so I had to come back later. There were multiple things wrong with my apartment from the second I moved in that did not get fixed. Including dirty carpet, a dirty patio, a broken cabinet, and a clogged shower drain I had to fix myself. RecommendedLived here for 4 years. They have done a great job of keeping the property clean and have great standards on residential life and look of the complex. The downside is that for those who may have car damage (noticeable dints,rust, and scrapes) they are asked to fix it which I would expect from most places. Happened to me several times and was given a grace period to fix it. The Maintenance team is very responsive, they are fast acting and have fixed every issue I’ve come across without much hassle. A lot! From maintenance to the petty notes in your door about minor stuff. But let someone get shot or raped over here or car robbed no notes in door or email.
Their car policy is absolutely ridiculous!! My friend and I both make over $65,000 per year each,,, and will make substantially more within the next year.. but because my car had a small dent and his had some missing paint, neither of us qualified to live here... and we were told our cars would be towed if there were any dents, scratches, rust or hub caps missing! My friend works in construction and was told even a work truck could not be on the premises... unless a vehicle is disabled and being stored on the property, I fee... read more
Aspen Village is a nice place to live . I just moved from a one bedroom to a two bedroom. Very nice. This morning the staff was standing out side give tenant breakfast. Wonderful staff Stephanie and Nicole ,Z and the ladies that work in the office. All the Maintenance men ..one more person I like to give a shout out the nice lady that clean the hallways weekly.shes always nice and I just what to say thanks to her as well . 1068
Aspen village is HORRIBLE. Rude, unprofessional, manipulative, and terrible to residents that live at the location. They WILL tow your car if you have even the smallest of scratches or even a little bit of rust. They lie, lie, lie. Not mention the towing company they hired HIT my car leaving damage, claiming they’re not responsible. NOT RECOMMENDED.
The staff answered all my questions, really nice people. Definitely has my business!
Honestly the only thing that I have a problem with is the parking situation. There’s no need to a car with a broken window on the front line, cars without the proper sticker in order to park in the front. I personally think it time to start holding resident accountable.
