We stayed twice within a month and had a wonderful experience. Everyone was super nice to us. It was so handy to be right across from St. Mary's where I had the majority of my procedures. The staff worked with us when our schedule change during both stays. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Very clean, staff is friendly and helpful, all the amenities to make you comfortable and right across the street from St. Mary's hospital. This is definitely my hotel of choice anytime I am Rochester.
