Great place to stay. Staff is excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good. And the night food was a nice surprise. Rooms are very nice. I would recommend it to anyone.

A must stay if Mayo Clinic is your destination. After trying two other hotels in Rochester and finally finding Aspen Suites, we won't stay anywhere else now! Centrally located - right across the street from St. Mary's Hospital, or a short, reliable shuttle ride to the front door of Mayo's Gonda building. Superior staff, excellent hot breakfast (and light dinner!), beautifully appointed throughout, FREE climate-controlled underground parking... a huge bang for your buck! Great hotel, very nice people working here,loved the beds. The accommodations are great like the shuttle to Mayo Clinic and its right across the street from saint Mary's hospital. They have great food Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. They have a great free breakfast buffet every morning.

Excellent. Clean and staff polite! When we have been down in Rochester, this is our favorite place to stay. Nice breakfast in the morning, kitchenette in your room with coffee maker and even a light dinner at night. Highly recommend!
