Aspen Roofing has done several jobs for us and we have been very pleased with their responsiveness and quality of work. They helped us in our communications with the insurance company also, which we greatly appreciated. We would definitely use their services again, if needed.

I'd used Aspen Roofing before for some minor wind damage to my roof. After the hail storm I contacted them and they were incredibly responsive and extremely reasonably priced. They furnished all I needed for HOA approval and when given the go-ahead had supplies delivered quickly and roof completed on schedule. Their installers will so polite and efficient. Thank you Steve and Karen for causing this to be such an easy and cost effective project. Would use them again anytime.

ASPEN ROOFING RECEIVED MY COMPLAINT ABOUT MY ROOF AND THE LEAKING THAT WAS HAPPENING OFTEN FROM THE FLASHES AND OTHER THINGS ON THE ROOF. THEY RESPONDED THE NEXT DAY AND ASSURED ME THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT. THEIR WORKERS ARRIVED THE NEXT DAY AND WAS THERE FOR MOST OF THE DAY AND FIXED ALL OF OUR PROBLEMS. WE WILL CERTAINLY ADD THEM TO THE TOP OF OUR ASSOCIATION LIST TO USE IF YOU WANT AN JOB DONE RIGHT . I WOULD LIKE TO THANK THEM FOR BEING SO PROFESSIONAL AND TAKING CARE OF OUR PROBLEM. Aspen Roofing expertly replaced the storm-damaged roof of my old house in 2016, so when a huge hailstorm damaged my new home's roof, Aspen was my first call. My home has some very steep and unusual angles, but Aspen's team handled the challenge with precision and care. Great communication and friendly service throughout the entire process from initial inspection/bid to thorough yard cleanup, Very fair pricing as well. When I next need roofing service, you can guess who I'll be calling.

Could not resolve an issue regarding a leak in my roof that has caused interior damage. All 3 roofs they put on my house have had problems ranging from leaks to damage to my gutters etc. Will no longer use them and that also means I can not recommend them for use.

7/6/20 We inspected a complaint of leaking in sun room – The skylight on the low slope roof was cause of leak – Aspen was not contracted in 2017 to replace skylight but was to install ice and water, and re-flash all skylights. 7/7/20 Homeowner stated that he replaced the skylight on the low slope roof after 2017 re-roof project. Our office notified homeowner that the leak was the skylight and the interior leak photo provide by homeowner was in alignment of the skylight.
