This will be my third time using them. They are exceptional to work with! Communication through the process is excellent, they follow-up when they say they will follow-up. Easy to work with and patient when you have questions. The reroof process with them was about easy as it could possibly be. New roof looks great!
Project was scheduled for 3 days. It took 4 days and the trailer for the old roofing materials was finally moved at dusk on the 4th day. Nails and scraps were cleared several days later. I personally inspected the new roof which was installed in a very good condition but found many nails, a bottle and jacket left behind. Tha work installing the new roof was very good. My father passed away in 2024 and when we put his house up for sale, the realtor asked me to get a roof inspection. Very frustrating experience! Would not recommend. Had new roof/skylight and gutters placed by this company. Multiple revisions required after initial installation. Nails left throughout home exterior after job completed, nails through our shoes. Skylight leaked, flooded our bathroom requiring water mitigation company and multiple repairs.

Unfortunately your skylight leak occurred after we had received over 2 feet of blowing snow. You did not call regarding any problems, including the skylight leaking, till 7 months after installation,. The skylight withstood several months of prior rain and snow. We responded immediately to your call that leaking occurred around the skylight. According to our records, this was the first time we were aware of any problems. Great personal customer service and follow up. Hard workers, conscientious. Knowledgeable and experience shows. Several delays with weather, supply chain issues, but this was out of their control and they did their best to communicate and follow up as soon as they could.

They did a great job! They were very mindful of the weather and temperature. As soon as the conditions were favorable, they came and within 2 days completely re-roofed our house and repaired damage to the deck, soffit and skylight. I recommend them without hesitation.
