I was Thrilled to meet Dr Ralph & my expectations were surpassed. She listens, asks questions, is Very Observant, Direct & Doesn't Dance around a subject she’ll explain & recommend action. So Glad to have found her!
I really like her she listened to me and doesn’t give out meds on every whim she does things the natural way first which I like cause the less medication I take the better if there is a better way that’s what I want it’s does take a little to long for call backs at times 2 to 3 days
Dr Ralph is awesome, I drive 80 miles round trip to see her. I had many Dr before her, she will be my last doctor. I took my father in to see her and she recognized he was on medications that would have killed him prescribed by another Doctor. I have referred her to all my friends! I’ve been with her since 2010.
I am so happy to have dr. Aspen Ralph as my primary. She is so nice and took so much time listening to me and explaining how she was going to treat me. She is very thorough and I feel very fortunate to have her as my doctor
I am always welcomed and treated warmly and professionally by Dr. Ralph and her whole staff. She listens to me and never seems in a hurry. I’ve been a very satisfied patient for ten years!
her office staff has been horrible for years but it is so hard to find a new pcp who takes medicare, i felt stuck. then i had an appointment where i burst into tears and asked to be put on an anti-depressant. in the weeks that followed, i tried 3 meds. each caused side effects, the last sending me to the er. i left a message asking her to get the er notes and call me. dr ralph never followed up on this and never asked about my depression at my next appointment after i had given up on finding a usable medication. at my last a... read more
Ralph’s office will not call me back after 10 calls to authorize my arthritis medication. No patient should be treated like this by their doctor. I do not recommend Dr Ralph
Doesn't refill prescriptions promptly. Wouldn't provide care herself for some if my health problems, which my past primary care physicians did. Insisted on referring me to specialists, so the left me with no prompt care. Had to go to Urgent Care!
Avoid! They have a portal and encourage you to use it, but will never respond to your messages or inform you about bad test results. The doctor has a flyer about all possible maladies, to inform you that you need to quit smoking and lose weight. I believe Dr Ralph is competent, her office is very difficult to deal with.
