I lived in Aspen for two years, last year I was in the west building on the first floor in a one bedroom, and this year I was in a two bedroom on the second floor. I was extremely satisfied both times! When it comes to where I am going to live, I love a nice, clean place, and Aspen Lofts were nothing less than that. With the North Dakota winters, it was so nice to have a heated garage, too. It’s a great place to live! The apartments are up to date and big. The amenities are an excellent bonus. Close to shopping, restaurants, and easy access to the highway. I would highly recommend checking these apartments out!
Very clean, well managed, and modern apartments. Amenities are somewhat lacking compared to similar apartments around town, but make up for it in other ways.
If you are looking for an apartment, don’t waste your time and look any further! We’ve been here for almost two years and would always recommend Aspen Lofts. Quiet, but not boring, clean, modern designs, and the amenity center caters for all your needs, from partying to fitness and movie night! But most importantly, the on site management stuff is very friendly and always prepared to go the extra mile to make living here a pleasant experience! Thank you!

I’ve lived in a large two bedroom apartment at Aspen Lofts for nearly two years. I moved from a house to this apartment. My apartment is bright, spacious & quiet. The amenities building is second to none-we have all our family functions there. The heated garage is a treat in the winter. And most of all I feel safe in this building with all the security cameras and doors. Thank you for making me feel at home.

We have lived here since December and love it! We are military and they have been so accommodating. I love that everything is paid for as well and how updated the apartments are. It’s a very safe place as well! Live here you won’t regret it!
I have lived here for 2 years now and I love my apartment. I live in a studio and it is the perfect size for me. I have always been treated like family since I moved in. In the summers I love spending time grilling and at the fire pit. The movie theater room is also awesome! I almost picked a different medical school because I didn’t want to leave my apartment.
