Loved living here! We always had great experiences with management and maintenance was fast and easy to get ahold of! The amenities center was an awesome space to hang out! Highly recommend!
I absolutely love living in the aspen lofts not only is the manger Casey always on top of everything the halls and the fitness center and just everything is always so clean and fresh it really does make it feel good to live in such a beautiful place! Thank you Aspen lofts I love my home!
DO NOT RENT HERE. When we signed our lease they told us we could go month to month after our 1 year lease had ended. After our 1 year lease was up in August they told us we had to start paying an additional monthly service fee for being month to month. They said being month to month was a “privilege.” There was nothing stated anywhere in our lease about having to pay an additional monthly service fee for being month to month. Aspen Lofts has been a great place to live. Safe, right by target, and leasing agents make accommodations for you as often as they can! I would most definitely recommend living here!
