I scheduled an appointment for aligners that the office rescheduled. When I finally came in for the consultation, I arrived early to complete paperwork but still waited almost an hour past my appointment time. When I asked the receptionist how much longer it would be, they couldn’t provide an answer. At that point I had to leave. Very disappointing experience and not a great way to treat potential patients considering thousands of dollars in treatment.
