Super easy process to make appointments. Devang Patel was easily the most gentle hygienist I've ever had, my appointment was super quick I was in and out in 20 minutes. I've also had to make a couple of emergency appointments here and was seen promptly and my problems were fixed same day, or next day when I needed more serious work done!
I had a loose veneer and contacted Aspen Dental for an appointment to recement it. The good thing was that they gave me an appointment same day, that was excellent. However, they wanted to do a full exam with full X-rays. I explained that I simply wanted the veneer fixed, no X-rays They charged me for X-rays, an exam and fixing the veneer, so I felt overcharged..
It was a wonderful experience. Reception person was very kind, compassionate and helped me with my questions. Having dentures made and the dentist and his assistant was outstanding. The person who showed me my choice of dentures was very helpful. Back in three days to take molds and measurements. All around I would rate them a 10+++.
