I have really enjoyed going to this dentist. I have only been to the Pasco,Wa location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Itzel the office manager as well as Austin. The assistants have always been kind and the dentists and Dr’s are very friendly. All of them are very professional. And I appreciate them always explaining pricing and giving me quotes about pricing and answering any questions I have at anytime. Highly recommend.
We had a dental emergency. Got a last minute appointment which was great. Drove an hour to see them. No problem. Very nice staff. BUT the attempts to up sell were very off putting. Why would we want to schedule for wisdom teeth extraction and a cleaning while in an emergency situation? Not impressed and will never try to use them again.
Terrible experience today. I got a horrible temporary cap and my teeth wont close all the way because it’s too high. Threy sent me home anyway. Terrible!!
