Got conned out of my money. Was told it was $29 for an exam than told I could pay $49 for the same thing, only to be told to get some filling a would cost me $10,000. Was supposed to get my $29 refunded cause I basically paid twice for the same thing and never got my refund.
I had a great experience with Dr. Mahavadi and her team. Dr. Mahavadi is incredibly detail-oriented—she takes the time to thoroughly explain everything and makes sure nothing is overlooked, which really gave me confidence in my care. Karina at the front desk was also amazing. She clearly explained all the sign-in details and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I went to the Brenham office for dentures. It was a horrible experience from the beginning. The dentures they made for me were so big that I wasn't able to close my mouth with them in. Their way of "fixing" that was to completely file down the molars on the upper plate. These dentures are only a year old now and I'm not able to wear them for more that a few hours without getting raw spots on my gums. A month ago I found a hole forming in the upper plate. Told the dentist I was allergic to penicillin and the still prescribed me amoxicillin which I cannot take sad but I won't be going back they could have killed me
