as usual care was excellent. The people who work there are friendly and try to make your very comfortable. I am getting to know the people better as the years go by. Never will any of them will replace Dr. Minson. After over 30years of treatment of me and my family he is certainly one of .a kind.
I hadn't seen a dentist in nearly two years. I asked a co-worker and she recommended PRD. This was my first time to Pleasant Run Dental. Everyone made me feel welcome, like I had been going there for years. We joked, we laughed, we cried...jk...there wasn't any crying. I would recommend PRD to others if asked. Great experience.
First visit was a success. Staff is very considerate, nice and professional. I will be continuing with the services here as well as recommending. You ALL were AWESOME. 😊

Dr. Hodge and Dr. Downing are in the same type of Dentist as Dr Minson was. Their priority is the patient and making all procedures reassuring and painless as possible. Debbie makes sure your insurance pays everything you are covered for and goes out of her way to make it happen. Everyone there treat patients more like good friends then just patients. Which is hard to find these days.
My first visit with Kim and I was greeted with a smiling face and a person going the extra step to make my visit a pleasant experience. Very helpful and set me at ease with her demeanor and careful attitude. I look forward to seeing her on my next visit.
It is important to every client to have good customer service, especially if there is a fear of going to the dentist. I was pleased with the service I received and is an encouragement for me to return.
I have been under the dental care of Dr. Tracy Hodge, owner of Pleasant Run Dental, since 2011. The dental hygienist who currently cleans my teeth is not only professional, but also friendly and courteous and takes extra precaution when cleaning my teeth. There is nothing more satisfying than getting good dental care from a private dentist.
