Staff are caring and knowledgeable. Very scared of dentist but was made very comfortable after first visit. Have had quite a bit of work done. Felt Dr. Was very fair in prices and took time to work with insurance company. Also very gentle. A great place to go if you need work
I appreciate very much, being worked into the Tuesday schedule to have a tooth/crown inspected. Dr. Downey was very helpful and caring about my situation. Crown fell out, called office for an appointment and was given an appointment day called, working me into their busy schedule. Dr Downing and his staff are great! After an X-ray, Dr Downing went over the plan for my problem, he explained everything in detail. Dr Downing s’ staff are great, friendly, knowledgeable and they go over all procedures before starting. I am very satisfied and happy with Pleasant Run Dental. I thank them for their wonderful service and kindness.
My exam is thorough and I never feel rushed out of the chair. They work with my insurance, and give detailed estimates regarding co-pay etc. when discussing extensive procedures. I Would recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist.

Excellent Dentist and his staffs attention to detail is Superior. If you need major or minor dental work Pleasant Run Dental is the place for you. I was extremely stressed going into the appointment. They put me at ease, and they were extremely patient. I liked the attention to my aftercare and the follow up care to offset any problems. P.S.
