Make you feel like family
staff is always "pleasant", runs on time and they provide excellent feedback/guidance on patient dental care as they ask questions on how things are!
Dr. Downey is not only an expert in his field of medicine, but also willing to help his patients, even when the office is closed, on the weekend. I called him with an abscess at 10:30pm, thinking I would get the answering service, but got his cellphone. He was so kind in advising me what to do, ordered meds & said to come into the office the following Monday. He is also a great listener & funny
Had a back to back service today. Where I had a cavity repaired and cleaning. They made the transition seamless and even allowed me to rest in a private room between appointments for a few minutes. Been going here since I was young and I love downtown, so it’s a 30min drive I will make because of the staff.
I AM ON A WALKER AND EVERYONE AT YOUR OFFICE WAS VERY HELPING ME TO GET AROUND. I WAS IN A LOT OF PAIN DURING THE THE TREATMENT. I AM GOING TO HAVE TO SET UP APPOINTMENTS FOR SURGERY. I HAD TO LEAVE YESTERDAY BECAUSE THE PAIN ON MY LEGS WAS GETTING WORSE. EVERYONE WAS MOST HELPFUL.
I've really enjoyed Dr. Downing as my Dentist. Not only is he very knowledgeable but his staff is so friendly. If something doesn't need fixed, he will let you know an issue and if you can wait. He is not out to bill you for services you don't need. Very professional. No way I'm leaving this practice as long as he and his staff are there.
