wow, where to begin... i am a 44 year old professional woman who moved to the area for a job in september of 2009. i needed an apartment quickly and really didnt do my homework when i moved into aspen creek apartments. this is the BIGGEST GHETTO DUMP this side of 8 mile road! as i look out my window i see tall weeds and dandelions, dog poop, cracked sidewalks, litter, potholes, peeling paint and lots of ghetto type people. this place obviously rents to anyone. i sware the majority of people living here do not work. i would r... read more
I have lived in a 2bdrm. 2bath deluxe for a few months now and although the rent is reasonable- I WOULD NOT recommend a single soul to move here. 1.The floors and walls are nearly invisible and I can hear the family above me and below me in NORMAL conversation. Everytime they vacuum, drop something, or sneeze, it is even worse. I play Pandora on my laptop at a middle volume and have gotten a noise complaint. (Think- laptop speakers = cant hear in the next room with the door closed!)2. Maintenance usually takes 7 days or more... read more
