DO NOT BELIEVE THE PEOPLE WHO GIVE GOOD REVIEWS THEY WORK IN THE OFFICE!!! ( I know this because I am a friend of a girl who use to work here) This apartment is a horrible place to live! EVERYONE in the office is very very rude! When they make a mistake about YOUR RENT they give 100 excuses and no solution! The outside pool is not working OH AND they NEVER CLEAN THE POOL. Biggest mistake I have made so far! Do not move here! This place is a joke. The clubhouse and outside might look pretty good, but its not. Maintenance cant seem to fix anything correctly. It takes 2,3,4, 6 times before they finally replace something that needed to be replace the 1st time around. They are all about excuses, but never a solutions. They want you to refer friends and family. I wouldnt refer a dog to live here. I cant not wait to get out of this place!!!!!
DO NOT MOVE HERE. 0 STARS. Its not even worth the awful rating because its so far worse than "awful". I only had to give it something because the website said so.If you need something fixed, good luck, youll need it. I agree with all over reviews before me. They are true to every word, besides Shellis (seemingly fake happy review) and the laundry costs have changed to 1.50 (no longer 2.50). Car alarms are always going off, its not a safe place to live. I can hear my neighbors doing the wild thing at night.VERY RUN DOWN PLACE OVERALL .I will be moving shortly.
The apartment complex is dirty, people are wondering around at night breaking into cars. Cars are being stolen regularly. Drug use is prominent at this complex. They are rude in the office and once you sign your lease they will do little for you if something breaks. They define the term "Low Rent" and I dont mean the amount you pay for rent. The class of people renting is about as low class as you can get.
Wow! I am a former tenant of Aspen Creek and I feel really bad for the people that lost everything to the fire in building 30. I lived in a different building but like the dryer in building 30, my building dryer unit was also poorly maintained. I constantly worried about a fire when I lived there. Sometimes I would lose half of the electricity to my apartment for no apparent reason. Lots of electrical issues there. The apartments and grounds are also poorly maintained. I moved into this place almost a year ago and have had nothing but problems! Gangs of thugs walk up and down the streets day and night and give dirty looks when you try to drive your car past them. They act as if you have no right driving your car down the road and you are putting them out! This place IS THE GHETTO, STAY AWAY...Punks walk the streets acting like they are something more than the trash they really are. I, thankfully DID NOT live here, but have a dear friend that does!!The other day, a family was evicted; their personal stuff was strewn across the lawn. Residents freely rummaged through the family's belongings as if it were garbage. I had just moved into the these apartments not to long ago. The unit itself is very nice! It was clean when i moved in. I could smell the fresh paint when i first stepped through the door. I chose these apartments because the rent is perfect for me = affordable! I cant wait for the weather to get nicer so I can swim in the outdoor pool. The ladies in the leasing office helped me through the process so there was no hassle.
