Cheryl Monahan signed year one of her sons lease when he was a senior . . It turned out to be covid the next year and unfortunately he was the only returning tenant in a 4 bed apt. He ended up with all the damage and cleaning costs that incurred while all lived there. They were all paying rent but the lights etc were left on in locked bedrooms and that bill deferred to my son.
