Everyone at this company has been great to work with but I’d love to send a special shout out to Patrick. Everytime he comes to my house he goes above and beyond and provides stellar service. He even made time to come out on a Saturday last minute to look at some things that we were having issues with. He is awesome!

We had heard many horror stories about the pool installation process. With those stories in mind, we did our research and met with at least 5 different pool companies. The minute we met Scott with ASP, we felt like we were not only talking to someone that wanted to build a pool, but it was someone that wanted the customers to walk away with a quality pool that they would enjoy for years to come. We had ASP install our pool 4 years ago and they have opened/closed our swimming pool.every season since. Their knowledge is always appreciated, they’re super helpful about answering questions and always easy to get a hold of if necessary. I would highly recommend.
It was a great experience up to the install date. We felt like we were being bothersome because we changed our minds a few times, but this is a huge expense and they assured us we were fine. We were getting concrete installed but the layout wasn't what we originally designed so I had to have them fix that before they poured. It reduced the amount of concrete we needed but I was told it wouldn't reduce the costs because the pergola was larger than they expected. That's not our fault!
