Adam cares about bringing value to his clients and the real estate community!
Rental house was very neglected in terms of basic maintenance. Over the period of a year: the hot water heater rusted out and leaked into the the basement, the A/C failed in summer, the main electric panel had water damage, and the furnace shut down in winter. For being "Luxury Realty", and charging prices that match that namesake, it's disappointing to be put through this when all they can do is broker this out to other companies to address after failure to maintain.

Adam was beyond difficult to deal with. House was in poor condition when moved in and anything that was “fixed” by maintenance was a joke.
