Made an appointment days before Valentine's Day for a Valentine couples massage only to arrive and be told they could not honor my appointment. When I asked why, no explanation was given. Worse yet, a guy walks in right after me, says he called an hour ago for an appointment at the same time I had an appointment, and gets walked to the back for a massage. When I mentioned that she had no response but sorry. Great way to ruin Valentines!
