Back in April, I woke up with excruciating neck pain and could barely move. Dr. Patel reviewed my MRI, explained I had a herniated disc at C6-C7, and recommended therapy first. After two months with no improvement, he advised surgery. His staff was incredibly helpful and courteous throughout the process. Dr Patel is the most caring doctor I've ever been to. I went in to the hospital for what was gong to be a overnight stay and ended up there 6 days. My back was worse when they got in there and Dr Patel took care of it all while I was under. He visited or checked in on me every day.
I had 2 issues with my back which made it a somewhat diffficult case. Dr Patel and his staff determined that the L5 needed to be operated on. I was very pleased that they were able to remove a bone spur and now I am back to normal. His staff (Scott & Jenny) were very helpful. Jenny got me in to surgery in 4 days after they were sure of the correct spot repair.
