The people are great, especially Shea. Great personality. And the main reason why we living at Ashton pointe apartment
I'd like to start by saying how wonderful the manager Sandy McKee is and her staff. They made a special day extra special for a family members 50th Anniversary. The property was beautiful and clubhouse and theater/media room wow!!! when i have friends ask me where can they find a luxury apt I will now tell them go see Sandy @ Ashton Pointe because they rock!!!!
It's unfortunate how many bad reviews you can find online these days on just about any company (even Disney!), with most not bothering to tell their positive stories. Most not even leaving feedback at all. First apartment renter here: Whenever I make a large investment I really, really try to do my research. I visited with well over 10 other nice apartments between Goodyear, AZ and Surprise, AZ in the 780-1000/month range. Ashton Pointe costs a little more than most of it...Continue Reading
Ashton Pointe was a great place to live I enjoyed my year and few months. Would still be there if my dad didn't pass away. Thanks for all you guys did and the staff was always so friendly.
