Don’t let the name fool you these are not Luxury apartments. Office staff is not interested in anything except move them in move them out apartments are turned over filthy and below par conditions.
Terrible management. They have excuses for everything. They charge fees for everything. The amenities are frequently locked. They never answer the office phone or emails. Maintenance is great but very over worked.

Haven’t been here too long, but very clean grounds, friendly staff (office and maintenance) and when our fridge went out, we had a brand new replacement within two days. They looked at it to see if they could fix it and brought a new one when they couldn’t. Edit: I’m almost through my year lease and maintenance is still very helpful. For over $1000 a month, id expect a lot more from "Luxury" apartments. About a week and half ago, I seen a rat outside my apartment. I was disgusted & tried contacting the front office & they haven't gotten back to me. Ever since the apartment complex came under new management, they have lost the "luxury" part of them. The outside is always dirty, the pools are closed more than half of the time, there's dog poop everywhere, and rules are not enforced.
