Great community. Friendly staff, very helpful when you need them. Apartments are very stylish. Amazing location easy access to the freeway. Very affordable apartments.
Select another apartment! Under Alliance Company this complex has gone down. No hot water for days, flooded apartments due to burst water heaters, water turned off for days, disposal blocks every time so cheap stinking apartment for 5 days waiting on maintenance, pool closed in heat of summer, no patio furniture at pool for months, dog feces everywhere, private parking spot always taken, management never available and contradict each other...do I need to keep going 'coz there's plenty more! All this for over $1000 a month...... read more
There is no way this is a "Luxury" apt complex. they don't heat the pool. management hides in the back room instead of helping you. I could go on and on. Obviously the 5 star rating was before the new management in 2016. Everyone that I know is moving out. 2 more weeks for us.... I can't wait! oh, they hide the bad posts. I know there were a lot more this year that aren't showing up on here. think before you move here.
This place is awful under the new management. I could go on about the things they are bad at; but it is easier to list the things they are good at. Here is a list of things they are good at: N/A
Under new management. They no longer heat the main pool. They allow glass bottles in thepool area. They do not enforce the rules limiting the number of guests allowed in the pool area. This past Saturday, one family was allowed take over the entire pool area for a party. There was no room for other residents. It is obvious they are rentng to a lower gradeo people.suppse to be a luxury apartment complex.
