This place is trash. None of the exterior doors lock or close. Anyone can get into the building. Especially access from the park!! What’s funny is you pay for “limited access”. The place is dirty and disgusting always. Neighbors smoke by the pool, let their gross dogs in the pool, kids running around everywhere, and neighbors are always loud blasting music. Been at the Fiori coming up on 2 years now. First year was good, only minor cons but were easily fixable - no place is perfect. However the second year has been quite bad, it has become very trashy for a “luxury” apartment. To be honest, I am debating about breaking my lease and moving to either a house or an actual luxury apartment building in Uptown that actual has employees who MONITOR and CLEAN the property. The apartment is so horribly built that I could hear my neighbor's conversations every single day. I could hear every tv show he watched. It was miserable. Disrespectful underage teens drinking and having screaming matches outside that security can't handle. They literally standby and watch as neighbors get pissed off and get confrontational. Do not lease from this company. They will charge you for cleaning carper with regular wear and to make matters worse, when we moved on, we had to completely clean the entire apartment on our own. I wrote it in the move in check list everything that was dirty. We had to put the furniture in the bedroom on the dirty carpet because I was told that they “Thought that the apartment was already cleaned and ready and the cleaning crew wouldn’t be in until the following week. I'm a current tenant and can't wait for my lease to be up. I would not recommend ever leasing here. You pay a lot for nothing in return. If you have a service call except to call them several times and maybe, just maybe after a month or more they will come look at it. We've had problems with the sinks constantly and we've now been dealing with our frigde freezing everything for months!
