I currently live in this complex and have for over a year. The first few months were great. Maintenance came quickly, the office was very helpful, and it was quaint. Now I have experienced issue after issue and would never recommend this complex to anyone and will no longer be living here despite my original plan to have this apartment be a long term residence. I wish I could give this place a zero! Let me start off by saying, they're money hungry! My brother and I got evicted on hurricane irma just because we fell back on rent by one month. My brother just started his new job. But they didn't give us no time to catch up with the rent! We're forced to live in a motel for now! The services sucks because they take forever to repair things also theirs small ants everywhere! Everything else is just a front!
