Moving out in 5 days. Just watched the SWAT team serve a search warrant on one of the drug dealers we have residing in the complex. Besides that, if you have kids and enjoy quiet, this probably isn't the best place. Loud college kids, unsafe driving, poorly lit, no insulation between units (you can hear everything.) Oh, and it's way overpriced.
Whatever everybody thinks about the prices here it's extremely reasonable when you consider that this company goes out of its way to ensure the happiness of their tenants in during a very difficult time they provided me with a free Alarm System a garage for me to hide my car in and they had their police make several rounds around my apartment that's a company that goes above and beyond to ensure the safety of one of their tenants they did it all with a smile I've never felt more safe being in a community then this one
