Awful administration, insecure facilities
I being living here for the past 2 years 1/2 the last half its being bad no security at all, more police or firefighters coming at night, lots of college kids making partys late, smoking outside not caring about families that live here. We barely can rest and of course afraid of our kids 🤦🏽♀️.

We recommend keeping valuables out of sight. Noise concerns are best handled at the time they occur. Please report any noise concerns to the leasing office so we can address it. They are either not functioning or never maintained [Memorial Day Weekend—Gas Grill doesn’t work and the other has been broken for at least 2 years and the pool/whirlpool need servicing...not even filled with water and DIRTY]!!! zero stars, DON'T NEVER EVER THINK ABOUT MOVING HERE !!!! Giant cockroaches always there while they are charging me for pest service, very rude customer service, no maintenance staff, you can wait for a week to solve your issues, no enough parking spots unless you pay more, overpriced comparing with other places, unreasonable fees, I am so regret that I moved to this place. ZERO STARS. Absolutely advise against moving to this location. Cannot stress this enough. Bugs the size of lizards and only emphasis is on bringing new and naive tenants in while failing to take care of current residents. Not worth half the price.
