Verified Renter I enjoy the community I live in. I have lived here for over 9 years now. I hope to remain in this community for the next few years. It’s quiet and convenient here. Grocery stores and shopping centers are very convenient to the area, Mauldin has become a very popular and busy destination.

Verified Renter A lot of issues within the apartment. Sometimes hard to get things fixed, you have to put orders in several times or keep messaging them to get them to do it. It’s in a good area, central to a lot. Rent is high for what the apartment is.

Verified Renter It’s a quiet neighborhood to live no one bothers you. But one thing I must say is that maintenance here is bad cause if something goes wrong in your apartment no matter how many times you tell them or put work orders in it’s like they will over look it and ignore it
Verified Renter Absolutely love this complex. More like homes than apartments. The staff is wonderful and can't praise the maintenance crew enough. They are the best the complex has ever had. Would recommend to anyone interested in moving.

Verified Renter New management is working to fix the problems that previous management overlooked. Apartments are falling apart, roofs leak, many neighbors have plumbing issues. Apartments are overpriced for what they are and the garbage fee changes from month to month so the rent amount changes from month to month. Nobody can provide the formula that is used to determine the amount or show how much trash is collected and the breakdown of the charges. Rent should be the same every month.
