Verified Renter Don’t waste time living here! They half tail fix anything and when they attempt to there’s no many excuses. The heating is terrible majority of the windows don’t work been waiting for screens and replacements for the full year of renting here. Just a horrible place to live for the price you pay

Verified Renter Ashmore Bridge Estates is one of the top complexes I have resided at. Love the fact that it's more like a house than an apartment. My street is clean, kids have a playground, pets have a separate area to run and have fun. The staff is attentive and responds quickly to your needs. The mainenance staff is the best - they are very knowledgeable and so polite and understanding. I would recommend Ashmore Bridge to anyone looking for a "neighborhood" style apartment home.

Verified Renter Not too bad as long as nothing breaks. Trash disposal situation is awful. Lots of people speeding through the parking lot. People do not clean up after their pets.
