There were a few kinks I wasn’t a fan of, with them switching deposit alternative companies, I was unable to move in with my pets initially. It was a bit of a bummer but all in all, it hasn’t been a bad experience. The front office staff are helpful and responsive, Maintenance is amazing and timely, and the property is clean and quiet. Verified Renter At first it felt great to have more of a “homey” feel coming from an apartment to a townhome but quickly we started to feel disappointed. With numerous issues that go unresolved with maintenance, to hearing your neighbor’s every move, and also to limited parking. If we wanted to have a small little gathering at home there are only 2 extra available spots for guests to park. Verified Renter Living out is very quiet. Place? To live. No one bothers you my home business. Sometimes sometimes you get a lot of trash and trash contact. Just call up to the office and let Tim know when they'll get someone out. But when you have an issue with anything, they try their best to come right away to get fixed.
