Verified Renter It’s great! Quiet, friendly neighbors, and a safe community. I do wish trash was picked up around the apartment sometimes. There is trash everywhere, scattered about. My dog likes to get into it, which I dont like.

Verified Renter The community is affordable and the neighbors are friendly. After sharing experiences with several residents from different buildings in the community, I have discovered that the plumbing over all is poor and the toilets get clogged very easily. The ceilings have frequent leaks and the insulation is poor, causing very hot and cold temperatures coupled with extremely high power bills.
