Very bad experience with this store , specially their customer service. Their furniture quality is horrible which last only few months to year and the protection plan is just waste of money , infact whatever you spend there always goes wasted. I will never recommend this store to anyone and will never buy anything from here such a horrible experience, i am calling them about a issue since 3 days and their reply is sorry we cant do anything about it .

RecommendedHad an amazing experience at the lake grove location with Lea Anne. 2nd shopping experience. bought bar stools. 1st time with Teresa was fantastic she did my bedroom and came to the house with another gentleman and put my bed together for me!!! Thank you so so much.
Salesmen were great nothing wrong about that but the company as a whole doesn’t stand by their product. They have a mentality once you sign your screwed your problem. No exchanges if you aren’t happy with your crappy furniture. Veneer peeling off a bed frame that’s less than a year old in a home with no kids, were adults were not trashing the stuff. Customer service is rude and horrible! Manager at Farmingdale store tells you he will call you back and never does as well as will not get on the phone or answer emails!
RecommendedWe had bought our furniture over 5 years ago, they honored a warranty that had lapsed, they sent a person to check it out, he fixed the problem, he had the piece to fix it! Thankyou Ashley!

Bought a sleeper/ sofa with an extended warranty, neither Ashley or Platinum stands by their warranty and now after 3 yrs I’m stuck with a piece of junk furniture, sleeper doesn’t work, bed springs are weak, bed sits so low to floor wood frame eats up the cushions. I still have 2 yrs left on my warranty and all I ask is for a repair or replacement and nothing is being done.
