We purchased a King size mattress for over $3,000. We were told in person by both the sales person and the manager that we could return it within 30 days. While I like the furniture, the one leg of the chair was not assembled correctly leaving screws exposed that could scratch my floor. They called me about my concern when I reported in on a survey and left a number to call. Well placed on hold for 20 minutes so I hung up. Called the store and customer service lady was rude when I told her about the wait. Explained that she had to wait 30 minutes when calling her doctor! Was told I would get a call in 2-3 days.
