Purchased a couch and love seat from this store in July 2017. I elected to pick up the furniture myself since the $100 delivery charge was just too much for us to pay at the time. Charles was our sales associate and I specifically asked him if I would be able to inspect the furniture and have them wrap it back up before they loaded it on my trailer which he assured me they would.
