Horrible management. Beautiful apartments, very high rent for not alot of room tho.
Under new management - rent went up, slow response time to maintenance needs. Very impersonal compared to the previous owners; almost seems like they want you to not renew your lease. Fortunately I'm being relocated by my company and I won't have to deal with them much longer.
