Ashley Gates was the very first carpet we cleaned almost 9 years ago when Floor Medic started in Alabama. The staff has always been a pleasure to deal with.
This is the best apartment complex I have stayed in over the last 9 years of apartment living. Highly recommended.
Been here over 5 years...I have seen the staff change several times...but the service of maintenence and over all service has not changed...quick and friendly...close to schools and parks..just 3 blocks from Main Street and 2 blocks from HI way 98.... good dining areas all around..several within walking distance.

My family and I have been here for a little over 9 months now and we love it. Any issues we've had have been addressed quickly by maintenance. The parking lot was just redone so it looks very nice, along with the rest of the property. I love Mandy and Rachel at the front office, they're both always so sweet and helpful. We intend to stick around for a while until we decide to purchase a house. I would strongly recommend Ashely Gates if you're looking for a home, not just an apartment.
The apartments are great and spacious! They staff is very friendly and are always available if the need arises. The complex as a whole is very beautiful and is well taken care of.
I love living at Ashley Gates! It's HOME To Me!! Everyone is so nice and friendly. Whenever I need something fixed all I have to do is make a call and they came straight away. The Office Staff and Maintenance are very nice!!!
Great place and great staff, maintenance is always great with coming asap and all tenants are kind and caring for each other.
