Made a purchase on Sept 4 and was told 6 weeks. Called today and was tlld that only 1 of three pieces "Might be in" by 5 October with two other pieces coming in mid and late November. This is absolutely horrible customer service - Mistake I made was not asking about stock when I made the purchase. Now they have $2800.00 of my money and I have nothing! I'll never purchase from them again and I will discourage other people from buying there. (Oh, they did offer a $200.00 compensation so I guess I'll sit on the floor and count... read more
7 months and still waiting on furniture. But they quick to bill and take that money out of my account.
Ashley HomeStore Order placed 22 May 2020 With very explicate instruction not to delivery until all items are available, no partial delivery as this is Condo that we rent out Order:2124371724:0609 June 6th – Receive text message that delivery is scheduled for June 9th With a note that we must move all furniture out of the rooms prior to delivery.
