I will never step foot into this store again. I was forced into keeping a mattress I did not want (mind you it has not been delivered or even shipped yet). I had to call and wait to speak to their customer service department and encountered a call from a Christian, who was not at all pleasant over the phone. Then to make matters worse on the day it was being delivered the delivery guy called me to inform me that the salesperson ordered me the wrong size foundation. Zero stars would be more adequate. This store tries to lay blame on previous management, however, it is the current management that is to blame. We ordered thousands in furniture here, with little delivered. The furniture we received was very low quality and down right trashy. We had to go through ridiculous measures to get a refund and thankfully found furniture from a much more reputable company. Our experience was disgusting.
We ordered furniture from Ashley Furniture in January 1/26/21. Here it is June 6/27/21. Each time we Called them they would push the date up. We already paid for a battery $200 for furniture we still do NOT have! Today as of 6/27/21 now they say July 31 or August we should have it.. Yeah!!!, ok!! Whatever!!!!!!!! We will see!!!! WE WILL NEVER EVER GET ANYTHING FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE AGAIN!!!!!!,,, and we will tell people the bad experience we had with them!!!!!!!!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡🤬
