I will never order from Ashley Furniture again. Orderd a day bed, and the day before delivery they called to tell me part of my bed would not be delivered because it was not in the warehouse. The part that was delivered and set up had a horrible odor. I got the second part, which was the storage, two weeks later and it was off track. I called to get the issue resolved and the representative said they would have to schedule a technician to come out , but unfortunately she couldn't do it. I purchase a kitchen table set for $1,780.73 from Ashley Furniture located at 2900 Highland Ave, Downers Grove, IL (630-324-0607) on 5/24. It took nearly a month for them to deliver the table. In less than a month after delivery, the leg on one of the chairs broke. I called the store to request a repair. They advised me that they would send the leg and it would take over a month and it took even longer than that. I was asked to call back to schedule the repair after it arrived. My experience at Ashley furniture in Southaven, MS was completely awful . I guess I’ll start first with my sales floor representative . She was really sweet but this woman ran my credit 10-12 times without me knowing . I thought to myself what is taking so long . Finally I got up and asked her what’s taking so long. This lady has a sheet of typing paper with each borrower she applied for on my behalf for my furniture. I asked her why would you run my credit that many times. Absolutely the worst. Ordered a couch in July and still don't have it. DW is the store manager in Southaven, MS. He has just lied to us from the beginning.
