I would not recommend living here. They are increasing the rent but very slow to do repairs or do much at all to renovate this old building. We just moved out and they took our deposit based on very weak reasons. We did not get called in to see why they were taking our deposit but just told over the phone because we called to do the walk through. We got giving the managements number to call, but we got a mumbled response and the phone was put down in our ear. We were very good tenants who are honest and did not deserve this ... read more
