Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. No one knows what one person from the other is doing. Furniture not showing up on multiple dates when we have taken time off work to receive deliveries. Furniture shows up with half a sectional! No one calls to tell you your stuff is back ordered. Show up to finally deliver at almost 9pm on a weeknight. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!! 11.29.18
This store is a JOKE!! I have the same complaints as all the other people on these reviews! Your furniture never comes. Will be having my bank dispute these charges and taking my business elsewhere!
This was the worst delivery experience forever to my mom and when trying to get a hold of someone to find out where they were she was put on hold repeatedly. Come folks with you charging for delivery you should not leave people hanging they pay for this service. Delivery window was 12-3 and it’s almost Six and no furniture. Such bad service!
Terrible. After receiving a bunch of broken furniture over a month ago, They've missed 4 separate delivery dates to replace it. They've made multiple excuses and nothing has been resolved. Save yourself from a headache and go somewhere else. My experience with Ashley furniture has been so bad that this is literally the only bad review I've ever left. DON'T SHOP HERE!
I wont ever shop here after witnessing the way they treated my daughter! Beyond disgusted! From reading other reviews i can see this is normal behavior for this store!

I went into Ashley looking for a tv stand and didn’t see anything I liked. I met Le Reynolds who found out some other things I needed. She showed me some nice furniture that I bought and it was super easy. Thanks for the help Le I will definitely be back!
