Bought a bed and mattress set, was promised a gift card, NEVER HAPPENED. At the same time we bought a dining room set and it was delivered with scratches. NO REPAIRS MADE. They promise the world but nothing after the sale. BIG SCAM

We spent over 5k in furniture that we ordered back in November. They kept lying to us month by month that we were getting our couches delivered. We call and they seem to leave us on hold. Not even the manager call us back... it’s April 20th and we have YET to receive our furniture. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Was lied to buy sales representative bought a new couch set in October 2020 was told my furniture would arrive by Thanksgiving he promised a discount none was given canceled my order by Christmas nothing ever arrived purchased my furniture else were and it is now it is April 18th 2021 and I still haven't been able to get my money back from them do I have to sue to get reimbursed?

It took 3 months for our order to be delivered. Then it was wrong. Today is the 8th day and I’m still waiting for a call back after 3 different people told me that they’d contact me within 48 hours. I waited on hold for over 35 minutes to speak to a manager, but none could be reached. No one answers the phone at the store when you call. I’ve called, emailed, and messaged. We spent almost $5000, and have been given the run around. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE unless you want to lose your money and your mind!!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. they lie about delivery dates/times, damage your furniture, try to schedule cancelled orders with people who arent the account holder, just save yourself the headache and don't. I have so many complaints about this store and company. their lack of internal communication is absolutely horrendous. we purchased 12k worth of furniture in august and only got half of it in October. they are practically impossible to get a hold of and once i finally did (after driving several hours... read more

We shopped for new furniture back in September paid ahead to get it ordered, we were told they would be delivered on nov 5th no call at all we had to call them so they could tell use they are on backorder till December 2nd. We purposely bought them ahead of time to have in time for the holidays. Once we called the store they stated to call them back in a week and they would look into it for us.. we called another week later and the person wasnt even in that told us to call her back. I bought new furniture at Ashley home store. They dropped off a floor model/ damaged couch beat up and clearly damaged and was bandaged back together with glue and a furniture marker. I was informed that everything else I received was new in the box except the damaged couch. The delivery drivers gratuitously called customer service for me and sent pictures of the damages. Ordered a sectional on 7/25 and it’s still not here. Ashley Furniture told me the delivery date would be 9/24 and it’s been pushed back every week for the past 4 weeks (new delivery date is now 11/01) which is a 15 week wait compared to the 6 weeks they first told me. Customer service is just bad you will get redirected to the 800 number and get placed on hold for almost an hour. They don’t update you at all, you have to call them asking if it’s coming or not.

A good friend of mine bought a desk from Ashley HomeStore Richland yesterday so he could work from home. He paid $500 for it on a clearance sale. When he got home and opened the sealed box to assemble it, he realized there were no legs in the box. There is no way he could have known that the legs were missing. When he went back to the store to return the desk they told him that all clearance sales are final and they would not refund his money or exchange it. He just couldn't believe it.
