RecommendedI went in expecting to walk away unhappy. However, we were helped by Le Reynolds and that woman has super powers! Her customer service is on point and she went above and beyond to make sure we not only had what we needed but what we wanted as well. She also has the patience of a saint, as my very rambunctious 8 yr old son was bouncing around, and she genuinely cares about her customers. Not only do I highly recommend her and the Ashley store/brand, but we will be back to do business with her specifically.
Minus the fact that they don’t allow you to pick up your furniture for free at their store and make you pay $150 for delivery, they’ve changed the delivery date 3 times! Such bad customer service!! 😡
We came in to the store not knowing exactly what we wanted. Le Reynolds introduced herself, showed us a few things about the current sale and left us to browse. (Exactly what we wanted) After a while she stopped by to check in on us and answer any questions. She was Amazing to work with! No pressure, very patient, and found us the best deal possible! I would recommend her and her store to anyone looking for some new furniture or Decor!
Had the day off today to enjoy a long Memorial Day weekend, so delivery was perfect. Then I get a random phone call saying my delivery would have to be rescheduled and somehow it “didn’t make it onto the truck”. Now I’m going to have to wait until, at minimum, Wednesday, and have to take MORE time off work with their god awful four hour delivery window. I’ll look elsewhere from now on.
Poor customer service. I was supposed to get my furniture 4/23/19 then I was told the 25th. When I called to see what time delivery would be they don’t know where the furniture is. When asked to speak with a supervisor I was ignored. When u call the Richland office an operator comes on and u have to be on hold for 20-30 min before u can speak to someone and it’s not even the Richland office. No one seems to know what they are doing and everyone has a different story. Still on hold with them as I type.
On January 2nd they delivered my furniture and while doing it they broke my staircase. The same day I contacted them and sent pictures, even the delivery guy did it too. I have gone twice to the store too. I complained that no one had come to fix it and today I still don’t have it fix! I spent $9,000. I will never buy furniture there again since they do not take any responsibility for the deliveries and shield behind that they contract this service out.

It’s a good experience of getting my bedset from here with a good deal with Lupita Carretero she’s has helped me with answering my questions so I recommend her.
